We have a new addition – Benefits Exposed!


If you have been into the office lately you have noticed a few structural changes. An 8’ wall makes room for a new addition. This new area will be taken by Pure Personal Training. The word PURE is an acronym for Positive Untainted Results-driven Education.

Many people today are finally realizing how much benefit they can get from a professionally trained personal trainer. But, let’s face it, when the typical person thinks about fitness they think about “sweating, stinking, and hurting” for an hour that they have to pay for. Who wants to sign up for that? That is why we are not in the business of selling fitness. We are in the business of giving people “HOPE” and we strive to give it every day at PURE PT.

My name is Rich Scott and I have worked with 100’s of people over the years in this industry. In fact, I have worked in 12 different clubs, in 4 different states, and for 5 different companies. I had to move around a lot because I never found a company that truly believed it was their responsibility to help their clients achieve their goals. That is why I started my own company - PURE PT.


I believe you will see more from our team at PURE PT than any other health club you have been a part of. We truly believe that we have a moral obligation to do everything we can to help you. This goes beyond providing good programming and seminars. It means we believe we have to help you fight the greatest enemy you will have when trying to change your life, “YOU!” That is right, you will be your own worst enemy when it comes to changing your body. If you want to lose weight, your body will try to get you to “justify” eating more food when you work out. “Go ahead,” you will tell yourself. “Have some pop-tarts, you just worked your tail off in the gym. You deserve them, you have earned them.” The problem with this is that you probably only burned about 250-300 calories during that workout and those pop-tarts have around 400 calories. If you want to learn more about this make sure you attend our seminar. You will learn how our own survival mechanisms in our bodies betray us when we try to lose weight. This is just an example of the type of education you can expect from us.

We certainly won’t do anything to cause you physical injury, but we will push you to work harder than you normally would on your own. This helps you build stronger muscles faster, develop better endurance, and accelerate your fitness goals.

We conduct a unique Boot Camp program that can help you burn up to 900-1100 calories in just one 60-minute class. We use many different physical activities such as Band training, Ball exercises, Dumbells, Calisthenics, Plyometrics, Kickboxing routines, and Resistance Training. This combination of exercises will boost results much quicker than typical exercises and workout classes.

3. Support Group

Much like any program or association, when people are all going through the same thing together a common bond is formed. Boot Camp is no different, you will form friendships within your group. This helps you stick with your workout program, and provides you with instant “accountability” partners. Many of our participants are returning students from previous sessions, and because they’ve already gone through the program. They help motivate and provide guidance to any new enrollee. Everyone works to keep you on target and feeling good about yourself.

(We have zero tolerance for “workout snobs” or anyone making someone feel bad for not being as “in-shape” as others. This is a place of positive encouragement only.)

4. It is Fun

The camaraderie, the intensity, and the different exercises all make our boot camp a lot more fun than typical programs. If you are stuck in the same boring routine day in and day out, chances are your enthusiasm for working out may “fizzle”. Our Boot Camp will help you get "fired" up and stay fired up about training again.

It is the ultimate workout program, regardless of your level of fitness. Anyone can do this class and you do not need any previous training to participate and have fun working out!
